MOSFET驱动器IC一般采用桥式配置,用于驱动外部MOSFET,广泛用于电源和电机驱动应用。MOSFET驱动器满足电桥的定时要求,保证同一时刻只有一个MOSFET导通。

“或”操作MOSFET控制器驱动大功率MOSFET,代替“或”配置二极管,适用于高可靠性、冗余、并行控制电源。与“或”配置肖特基二极管相比,MOSFET具有极低的导通电阻,所以功耗较低、尺寸更小,在大功率应用中无需散热器。“或”逻辑配置MOSFET控制器提供驱动电源MOSFET必须的控制逻辑。
