Speed and Accuracy Give Your Designs a Leg Up
Precision measurement ICs feature high accuracy and high performance for across-the-board precision analog applications including industrial and automotive measurement. High-speed analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and digital-to-analog converters (DACs) have higher resolution and integration, perfectly suited for data acquisition systems. Audio amplifier ICs provide small size and high efficiency for a wide range of applications. High-speed, high-precision low-noise op amps produce low input offset voltage, low offset drift over temperature, and low input-referred voltage noise. High-accuracy current-sense amplifiers (CSAs) have fast PWM edge recovery time which improves bidirectional motor accuracy.

Precision Measurement Solutions
Analog-to-Digital Converters
With resolutions up to 24 bits, ADCs can execute measurements with the highest accuracy. Successive approximation register (SAR) and sigma-delta ADCs are a perfect fit for precision measurement applications. Best-in-class dynamic performance and linearity results in fast sample rates, exceedingly low power, and distinguished levels of precision. Solution size and cost are minimized with integrated features, high channel counts, and ADC unique interfaces.
Digital-to-Analog Converters
Precision DACs include high resolution, superb linearity, high channel counts, fast settling times, and features like integrated voltage references and buffered outputs. Not only are precision DACs high performance, but they also include low power consumption and smaller packages, such as wafer-level packages, to save power and space in your designs.
Audio Amplifiers
Audio ICs provide innovation, small size, and high efficiency with uncompromised audio performance for a wide range of applications and markets from industrial/medical to smart home IoT to more consumer-focused products such as action cameras, gaming devices, and smartphones. Audio solutions offer best-in-class filterless performance, THD, PSRR, and power savings, while eliminating potential issues with EMI and audio artifacts such as clicks and pops found in many audio designs.
The new Dynamic Speaker Management (DSM™) smart amplifier, integrates our patented DSM speaker protection algorithm with current and voltage sensing as well as a programmable 10V boost converter. This compelling combination allows you to unleash the full potential of micro speakers by increasing loudness up to 2.5x and increasing up to two octaves of the bass range. Using the DSM Sound Studio GUI makes extracting speaker parameters and customizing the part easier and faster than ever.

Op Amplifiers
Tiny, low-power op amps offers a wide operating range (1.8V to 36V) that supports many applications. Additionally, ultra-low noise figure, low voltage offset, and wide bandwidth provide high-performance operation. Small package sizes and low external BOM reduce total solution size for portable systems. These op amps provide the highest precision and lowest noise to drive high-resolution ADCs, supporting greater system accuracy.
Current-Sense Amplifiers
High-side and low-side current-sense amplifiers feature very low input offset voltage and wide common-mode voltage to provide accurate measurements over a wide dynamic range, from a few milliamps to tens of amps. Low input-offset voltage supports high-precision measurements. High-side or low-side sensing amps with a wide common-mode voltage range, from below ground to over 75V, enable accurate measurements for many applications. Power monitors provide instantaneous current and voltage readings for wearable and portable systems.
